Research and development
A modern analysis and research laboratory is active inside Tecnofood. Managed by Doct. Muresu Giovanna and Doct. Bruzza Ilaria, this laboratory is structured for the check-in of rough materials and of the final products. It is also aimed to the research and the preparation of proceeding variants in the oenological, food and pharmaceutical sector.
A part of the laboratory’s activity is reserved also to the final product’s (wine) analysis for some of our best clients: a service that allows us to maintain, thanks to the observation of the results, a direct and up-dated contact with each significant winemaking zone and also to preserve a stable link with the real needs of the final client.
